Wall Street Replaces Suits with Hoodies

Traders go casual, panic ensues

Wall Street has ditched Armani for athleisure. According to reports, traders now scream into phones wearing hoodies, joggers, and sneakers that cost more than their internships. The trading floor resembles a tech startup crossed with a gym locker room.

“I feel poorer, but cozier,” said one analyst in a $900 Balenciaga hoodie. Traditionalists worry the dress code collapse will tank morale. One broker fainted after seeing flip-flops near the NASDAQ board.

TikTok’s #HoodieStreet shows interns sipping matcha while pretending to short Dogecoin. Memes abound: “Bears wear Patagonia, bulls wear Yeezy.”

Tabloids hustled. “CASHUAL FRIDAY” screamed the Post. The Daily News countered: “MARKET IN SWEATS.”

Mayor Adams praised it as “finance with drip.” Governor Hochul asked if the hoodies come in Mets colors. Investors panicked accordingly.
