Wall Street Brokers Replace Suits with Pajamas

Trading floor meets bedroom floor

According to reports, Wall Street traders have ditched Armani for flannel. The NYSE floor now looks like a sleepover gone wrong. Brokers scream “SELL!” while clutching teddy bears, and CNBC quietly debates pajama index futures.

“I bought GameStop stock in SpongeBob pants,” bragged one intern. Another confessed he only wears silk robes on Fed announcement days. Comfort trumps credibility, though HR insists slippers must have non-slip soles.

TikTok’s #PajamaPortfolio shows influencers trading crypto in unicorn onesies. A viral clip featured a banker falling asleep mid-Zoom, waking up to find he’d shorted his own retirement fund.

Tabloids went cozy. “SNOOZE STREET” screamed the Post. The Daily News countered: “PAJAMAS AND PANIC.”

Mayor Adams applauded the move, declaring, “This is financial wellness.” Governor Hochul muttered she preferred power suits, though admitted her Netflix account was up 30% since fleece season began.
