Brooklyn Bridge Now a Wedding Venue

Vows with traffic views

According to reports, the Brooklyn Bridge is now available for weddings. Couples say “I do” while joggers, bikers, and confused tourists wander through their photos. Packages include a string quartet drowned out by honking.

“It’s romantic,” said one bride. “We blocked traffic for love.” Grooms complain about pigeons dive-bombing tuxedos, but admit the skyline view distracts from the smell.

TikTok is awash with #BridgeBride clips: brides tossing bouquets that land on cyclists, or grooms losing rings between planks. One viral moment featured a flower girl nearly tackled by NYPD for throwing petals onto the roadway.

Tabloids snapped. “LOVE LOCKDOWN” screamed the Post. The Daily News countered: “TILL TOLL DO US PART.”

Mayor Adams praised the venue, calling it “infrastructure romance.” Governor Hochul muttered, “Hope they registered for EZ-Pass.”
