Brooklyn Brewery Debuts Pizza-Flavored IPA

A slice in a sip

According to reports, a Williamsburg brewery has merged two NYC staples: pizza and beer. The result? A pizza-flavored IPA with notes of pepperoni, oregano, and regret. Hipsters line up with ironic mustaches and tote bags to sip what tastes like a frat party spilled on a pizzeria floor.

“It’s bold, it’s disgusting, it’s us,” said the brewmaster proudly. Pizza purists fainted at the sacrilege, while IPA fans claimed they detected hints of parmesan in the foam.

TikTok’s #PizzaBeerChallenge dares influencers to chug without gagging. One viral fail: a guy proposing mid-sip and vomiting on his girlfriend’s vintage Doc Martens.

Tabloids burped. “HOPS WITH TOPPINGS” screamed the Post. The Daily News countered: “SLICE AND SIP.”

Mayor Adams praised it as “culinary fusion.” Governor Hochul muttered, “Just give me a regular Bud and a real slice.”
