Bronx Zoo Hosts Corporate Retreats

Tigers, trust falls, and team-building

Corporate synergy just went wild. According to reports, the Bronx Zoo now rents enclosures for company retreats. Executives brainstorm inside reptile houses while interns do trust falls near the lion habitat. PowerPoint presentations are occasionally interrupted by howler monkeys.

“Nothing bonds a team like watching your manager get chased by a lemur,” said one participant. Packages include “Shark Tank Pitching” inside the aquarium and “Corporate Survival” where HR is locked in the bat cave for three hours.

Reactions vary. Employees love the change, though one finance bro complained after a giraffe stole his iced coffee. TikTok’s #ZooRetreat features influencers doing yoga with flamingos while dodging peacocks.

Tabloids roared. “WILD WORKPLACE” screamed the Post. The Daily News countered: “BOSS SAFARI.”

Mayor Adams hailed it as “innovation in the jungle of capitalism.” Governor Hochul promised OSHA reviews after rumors of employees zip-tying team leads to penguin exhibits.

For now, New York proves no one is safe from corporate icebreakers—not even the animals.
