According to reports, an Astoria grandma has become an overnight TikTok sensation after posting videos of herself making baklava while roasting Mets pitchers. Fans love her sass, her recipes, and her ability to curse fluently in three languages.
Neighbors claim shes more famous than their local bodega cat. One follower commented, “Shes the Greek Gordon Ramsay, but funnier and with better phyllo.”
TikToks #GrandmaAstoria trend shows teens trying to replicate her baklava while failing miserably. A viral clip caught her yelling at a delivery guy: “This souvlaki is drier than the Yankees bullpen!”
Tabloids melted. “SWEET AND SAVAGE” screamed the Post. The Daily News countered: “BAKLAVA BOSS.”
Mayor Adams praised it as “culinary influence.” Governor Hochul muttered, “At least shes not doing dance challenges.”
